I was told I could make money working from home. I foolishly gave my credit card number out and was charged $150.00 to get set up and was told by Bobbi Jo Paris that someone would contact me and help me get set up. They would "walk me through the process." I was given Bobbi Jo's email address and extension but I only heard back from her once. The extension she gave me is sent to another extension in which I am asked to leave a voice message which has only been returned once. They called me after hours because my payment did not go through. My emails or phone messages have not been returned. I had called because my "website" was set up and they had given me a log in id and password that do not work. I have tried repeatedly to contact someone via email and have not been able to contact them at [email protected], [email protected], or (888)477-4521 and all I get is a voicemail stating leave a message. I did get 2 calls back. One informing that Mickey would help me with the backdoor website. I tried returning the call but I have not received a call back. I also received a call back and was told not to be upset when I called in. I also tried calling the number listed on my statement (888)528-9699 which is no longer a working number. It is funny how they bent over backwards to get my money but now that they have it I can't get anyone to call me "during normal business hours."

  • Unfortunately, Emerchant Middleman has gotten behind on responding to the complaints posted about our company online. We are dealing with the effects of having our client list stolen and sold to unscrupulous advertisers and recovery rooms. We have been diligently working to resolve the complaints and problems that have arisen from this. One of the biggest problems we have had is other companies contacting our clients and lying about either their affiliation with us, or about our business practices. The battle to get these companies to cease and desist has been ongoing, taking away from our ability to assist our clients as effectively as we’d like. Many of our clients have retracted their complaints. We are working to resolve all of our complaints and would like to encourage each of our clients to contact us directly so we can make things right.
We have proof of fulfillment for each of our clients, from signed invoices, to tracking slips, to call logs. We could easily respond to each complaint with this information. We would rather respond with some form of resolution. We would like to encourage each person who has made a complaint to contact us directly, as we’ve been attempting to reach out to them.
