Ordered a pair of boots from nissenfashion.com. I had to register as a client first. Payed via paypal, the site looks ok. Received nothing, checked my account and it kept on saying order is pending. So I mailed a couple of times but got no response. Luckily I got suspicious and saved screenshots of my orderform and my account. After three weeks of no response I contacted Paypal and started a complaint. That week I received a small envelope from China, which I had to sign for. It contained a disposable plastic showercap. I took photo's of the envelope and the contents with a ruler next to it, to show how small the envelope was. When I went to check my account on the site I could no longer sign in. Luckily I had my screenshot. I mailed Paypal with all the details and they refunded my money, so hurray for Paypal.
My tips: make a screenshot when you can. (Push the print Screen button, go to Paint and click paste.) Make a photo of the envelope if you get one.
AND: don't buy anything from nissenfashion.com or Star Clothing Store (their second name)!

- Hi, I just placed an order a few days ago to this same website.. How long should I now wait until I can file a complaint to Paypal? Isn't it obvious to them that this company is a scam and should therefore close their account? I have now screenshots of my order and paypal payment.

Check in on your account, look at the status of your order. Make a screenshot and save it on your computer. If after one week the status is still pending I advise you to make another screenshot and to report the seller to paypal.

I had ordered some shoes at Nissen Fashion on 19th Sept. 2012 - two days later I checked my account - said payment pending.
I logged in to my paypal account and it showed the email address of Nissen Fashion and it said: not registered.
When they are not registered, paypal cannot send them the money. So I canceled my payment ride at my paypal account.

Thanks for the tips. I just wish I had googled this company before placing the order... :/ Well - unfortunately my payment was processed in Paypal. Receiver "Li Sun" and the email address is [email protected]. Payment was sent to [email protected]. I did not order with Nissen Fashion but Star clothing store. Maybe they have different email addresses. Btw - I noticed there is a 3rd, similar looking website which may be for this same scam company: http://www.kayshoesmall.com. At least the look of the internet pages is similar to these two other. It is a pity nobody can stop this kind of business - would think that paypal would be able to stop letting these companies use them. But I guess once they block one, they open up a new one with different name and different contacts.. -

das war die selbe E-mail Adresse - schätze der Typ hat sich erst später bei Paypal als Händler eingetragen!!
Log Dich bei paypal ein / wähle "Konfliktlösungen" / Wähle "So stellen Sie Antrag auf Käuferschutz / schau Dir das Video an und folge dessen Angaben - denke Du bekommst Dein Geld zurück.

UP´s that was German
The E-mail was the same - think he just registered later as dealer with paypal.
Log in at paypal / choose Conflict solutions / choose "apply for Buyers protection / watch the video and do as it say´s.
Think you will get your money back.
Otherwise why pay with paypal??? -
