Complaint 1421 Details

I was getting a gag gift for a friend of mine. I placed the order online at https://www.smokeshack.com/order-history.aspx and after 3 weeks of not receiving my product, I emailed them THREE times and got no response. I have called the numbers they have listed and it keeps saying that the mailbox is full. One of the numbers is disconnected as well as their fax number. So, I finally decided to Google the company and come to find out, they apparently have been taking MANY orders and not shipping products or refunding money. These complaints go as far back as 2008. I wish I would have Googled them before I purchased from them but unfortunately, I did not. I know it's not a lot of money, but this website needs to be shut down before more people get scammed. I still have yet to hear from anyone and I still do not have my product.
