just called paypal and reported the scam and how these scam artists in china get the delivery confirmation. If you received a shower cap like many before you, please take a picture of the envelope where it showes the address and possibly the weight of the package. Then paypal will get your claim through.... We need to stop these scam artists. Don't give up and think you have no chance! Thanks fr sites like these we are able to get these informations about those scammers.
