ordered a pauls boutique bag for my daughters birthday on the 16th july 2012 from this company, messaged the seller to check it has been dispatched after the payment had been taken from my bank and was assured it had been sent. Received yesterday 01/08/12 a very cheap " deli lgao" bag, nothing like pauls boutique!!! have tried to message the seller to resolve this problem but they are not responding! there is no obvious contact number for this seller and i have no idea what else i can do? please help.
