Hi my mum is very stupid to go for a online site but i have just found out that she got completely ripped off buy the site: http://www.euroteamtickets.com/

She bought:

2 tennis ground passes for £140 (which were not received), but they actually took £146.42 from her credit card.

2 trampoline (C category) for £150 each plus £40 for postage. But on the credit card they actually took 177.73 x 2.

1 gymnastics (D category) for £250+£20 postage but they charged £281.80. I checked on the site yesterday and I saw B Category tickets going for £115 and D category should be £50 not £260.

1 Athletics ticket for £340 (D/E category) but they've actually taken from credit card £376.32 for again a D/E category ticket

So they drew her in with a 2‘cheap’(but still triple the true cost) tickets that we did not get, Then offered a better ticket (making £70 profit on each ticket this time), then they tripped the price again and gave her a £50 ticket for £250 making £200 a ticket… then they tricked her thrust even more and gave her the another £50 ticket £350 this time. She at the time did not realize that some seats were not worth as much as others.

I have tried to contact them but they wont respond. they only seem to to respond to people who want to buy more tickets.

They have given a tracking number for the tramplining ones so believe they have sent them but my mum was completely conned and this should not be aloud to happen.

I want a full refund for those second two tickets
