I would like to file a complaint against SSM Group LLC. They are trying to sue me for $5604 for a 2010 loan that I did not approve nor take out. Somehow they have all my banking info and said that I got a payday loan with them and I have no records nor did I receive this money. Now I'm getting calls for the County Courts suing me. I spoke with the Courts and they said I need to get an attorney to file for a "motion of discovery" and they have 2 people that will testify against me, but they won't tell me their names. I going to go to this court summons to plead my case, because i know i don't owe this money. The Courts said I should settle out for $1256, but I don't see why when I didn't get this loan. Everyone please be aware and careful who you do business with on the internet when it comes to payday loans. SSM Group, LLc is a scam and they will try to get you.
