On 7/31/2012 I was called by a company called Consumer Payday Loans. They told be i had been approved for a $2500 loan. I accepted it and then they told me they needed a security deposit of over $200. I told them i couldn't because at the time i did not have that amount so we agreed on $140. I went to Western Union and was told by Mr. Alex Scott not to tell the western union that this was for a loan cause they would get commission and it would be taken out of the loan amount. So i didnt tell the western union what it was for. Mr. Scott told me to send the so called security deposit to a Livy Daniels in India. So i completed the required transaction while Mr. Scott was on the line still. After the transaction was completed i gave him the MTCN number and he informed me that the money would be in my account in 10-12 hours. I went to work and when i got home i checked my account and no deposit was made. So i waited till this morning at 7:55 am and checked my account again, but still there is no deposit into my account. I called Mr. Scott back and asked him why i didnt get the money and he told me my credit score was to low and that the IRS was holding my funds. He then continued to inform me that in order for me to get my loan deposited in my account i would need to pay another $200 for the IRS to fix my credit score. I told then no and i asked if i could get a refund on my so called security deposit. Alex Scott then said he could not do that because the money was already sent to me but the IRS was holding it. I then was very angry with the situation and i hung up. Do not believe on word this supposed Consumer Payday Loan place is telling you. It is a scam and they are very could at convincing you that they are a real company. Be careful. The address for this company is:
