The Mail man for delivering the mail on Morris st at 4:45 pm when i see him hiding out for overtime

this is an on going issue with the delivery on Morris street off of Rossville ave, on Staten Island. The mail delivery is alway late and is geting later ,but when the regular mail man is not delivering , tell me why we get out mail earlier, i dont want to hear excuses the route is long . i will tell u for a fact the regular mail man hides out for over time, as i mention before the non regular mail man delivers the mail earlier , the regular mail man first it was 430 now it 4 45 pm , its not fair exspecially if a person has to go to the bank , where is someone going to do at 4 45 pm, by law mail is suppose to be delivered before the banks close at at 3 please investgagte , this issue cut the route he is milking the overtime , this is our hard earn tax money, the money he is milking from the state can go 2 another mail man , killing 2 birds with one stone , producing another job and us citizen have rights, this is a corupt system which needs to be correction, i will send this 2 bllomberg if it needs to get there hopefully the issue can be resolved , ty a good paying us citizen annoyed homeowner
