Palm Loan Advances debited my checking account without my authorization and overdrew my checking account.
I've never heard of these people. I did not give permission nor did I sign any documentation or receive any cash from this company.
I did go on line to inquire about a possible cash advance but was not approved for any loan.
How could they legally do this?
