I don't believe I have ever done business w/ Dillard & Yagen and have no idea how they got my bank account information. I was flabbergasted to receive an envelope w/ nothing but a bottle of Colo-Klenz-
no paperwork, pack slip or anything other than this bottle w/ an expiration date of 10/12. I
don't want this -- I never ordered it by email, web, phone call or letter. I want my money back.
