In May 2012 I answered an ad to received 2 tubes of Instant Effect Hydroxatone. I tried the product and didn't think that much of it so when an ad popped up again I ignored it. Today (July 31, 2012) in the mail I received 2 more tubes that I did not order and my credit card was charged for two separate entries one for 7.26 and one for 72.30.
