On Monday, July 23rd 2012, I was locked out of my car and called my insurance company to help my find a locksmith. They googled the closes one to me and they gave me the number of David's key services. I called them and at first they were really nice and polite knowing that I needed their services. Since, they had caller ID they said they would give my information to the locksmith. The locksmith came and unlocked my car. He issued me reciept so I could get reinbursed from my insurance company. Everything was fine until my insurance company wanted to have an invoice with the companies address and telephone number and with more information on my car. I figured that wouldn't be an issue since I knew who I called. I called this so called locksmith company to see if I could pick up an invoice from their office only to be told that no because their office was "being remodled" so they said they would email me an invoice. I waited a couple of hours and nothing so I called back and I explained if they could send the email again and all the person there answered was ok yea and then hung up. At this point, I was a little upset so I called back and I asked to speak to a manager and the girl on the other line said there was no manager so I said I'm not sure why people think its funny to hang up on me all I need is an invoice. So I hear someone else in the background laughing and then they hang up on me again. I called again and since they have caller ID they picked up and hung up again. I had someone else cal because I really just wanted an invoice and when that attendant figured out they were calling on my behalf they hung up on the other person. So I decided to google the address to see if I could get a hold of someone that could just give me an invoice. I went to the "fake address" and it was phony or atleast it didn't exist anymore because in my town they built a new police station where this companys suppossed to be. I had my husband call while we were in the car and he asked if he could get a hold of someone in the office and they hung up again. So, we never recieved the invoice I needed.
