I placed my order with DF via Copious and never received my item! I've emailed them on 4 different occasions and also commented on their FaceBook page with no reply! Add to that my post on their page was also deleted by them! Copious cancelled my order and refunded my money. I don't see a refund yet or one pending but the cancellation just happened yesterday so I'll give it two days.
