Was told I would be approved for a $6000.00 loan if I covered a collateral payment of $876.00. Only to be told later that they would need an additional $800.00 collateral. Was promised a refund when I told them I gave them all my savings and couldn't get any additional collateral funds. Been calling for weeks with no answer. The phone number is now out of service. The guy who I spoke with was David Rhodes.
