Complaint 140981 Details

I went into my online banking account to transfer money from my savings to checking and saw that my checking accounty displayed $0.00. Went into history to see that My Cash Guardian had deducted 29.99 from my account without permission. On top of that there was a 12.95 charge from my bank because money was trasfered from my savings to cover this charge and there are fees when you dont transfer prior to a transaction. Filed a disput with the bank who states that this was authorized b/c there is a buisness relationship with the company!!!!! Then called the company who states that my information was purchased from another company (A payday loan that I never took out earlier in the month) and that is how they got my information. I am not sure if I am more angry with the company or my bank for saying I have a buisness relationship with a company that is easily googled to find out that they are scam artist!!!! Leaving Wells Fargo.
