I had never requested any information from click sure. I sent a response email to the first unsolicited email they sent me with "unsubscribe me" in the subject box. I have now tried 5 times unsuccessfully to actually contact them with the same request. I keep getting emails back from them that confirm that no one is home/upstairs suite for rent unfurnished. I have been referred to two separate departments including the billing department, this is interesting as there has been no purchase and therefore no billing, without feeling that an actual person has in fact read any of the emails I have sent them. Any suggestions?
