I give up. I will not call Yellow Cab again to lodge my complaint. The fact that you even have a “customer service” area is such a joke.

I have called your reservation line no less than 4 times trying to find someone to talk to. I was given Chris Peterson’s name and phone number. After multiple attempts, I called reservations again. He never answered his phone and the call never rolled over to another line or to voicemail. I sent an email to an address on your website (“info@”) and never received a response either.

I called your reservations line again this past weekend, two week after the incident, and was given John Donor’s name and phone number. I left him a message as well. Today, no surprise, I did not hear from anyone.

The fact that Yellow Cab did not honor my reservation does not even begin to describe this miserable situation. I called in a reservation for a cab at 11 p.m. before I ever boarded the train at Union Station. I arrived at my rail station, on time, at 11:30 p.m. and there was no cab.

I called three more times to finally get a cab at a rail station that was empty except for two passed out drunks. That was actually a God send as one of them kept throwing up and finally passed out. It was midnight and I was stranded. The group that had waited the longest for a cab, and was actually already waiting at the rail station when I arrived, finally set out on foot. They left the station and walked out of the parking lot.

This was a family of 4 children and 3 adults.
They tried to stop the cab that was driving into the lot to pick me up. The driver stopped to talk to them and they ended up cursing him because they never did get their cab.

The cab driver told me to call and tell you this story but it has been a complete waste of time. You put me in a bind, you left me stranded at midnight at a closed rail station, and no one wants to be responsible for any of it. You failed to respond to any message I have left. You have utterly failed to deliver in every way.
