I ordered the shoes last July 18,2012. GlbPay charged my credit card on July 20, 2012. Their website said they will process order in 1-2 business days, up to now I haven't received the shoes. I knew something was wrong, I have sent 2 emails but I didn't receive any response. They don't even have a number to call, and their online chat is always offline 24/7.
