Like everyone else reporting American Commercial Finance, I was promised a loan if I sent the insurance amount of $610. Then they told me they checked credit and needed more insurance money. I refused and asked for my money back. They said they would refund within 5-7 days and, of course, not a cent has been received.
I am filing a police report in both the area where I live and in St. Louis as well as contacting the Missouri Attorney General's office. The attorney general's office has responded to me and I will send them more documentation this week. I want my MONEY back. They cost me hundreds in overdraft and late fees because I didn't have that $610. Fed up!!! If anyone reading this knows the best system for ending these scams, please tell me. I am interested in getting rid of all these thieves. They are horrible.
