  • I''ve had a similar experience with Tapstore.com. I ordered a tap on 8 July and the money was deducted from my credit card. The tap was supposed to arrive within 2-10 days but never did. I kept chasing up by email and phone but there was no answer. The Tapstore.com website said they were having problems with their phones. Finally the website displayed a new phone number which I rang, only to be told that the company based in Kent, England had gone into liquidation and the website had been taken over by a different company based in East Grinstead. They advised me to pursue with my credit card company, which I am now doing. I have asked them to send me an email confirming that they won't be fulfilling the orders of the previous company, but they haven't sent it yet.
