One year ago while watching TV my husband saw a commercial of a lawyer that does Loan Modifications. We contacted this law firm “Advocate Law Groups of Florida, P.A.” and they gave us an appointment to one of their fly by night offices located in Orlando, Florida. We had the appointment with one of their representatives Enrique Mozca and he explained to us that he represents the main lawyer called Jon B. Lindeman, Jr.He explained to us that Mr. Lindeman had to give a deposit of $3,100.00 upfront signing a “non-refundable agreement” and also authorizing Advocate Law Groups of Florida, P.A. to deduct on a monthly basis an amount of $495.00 from our checking account to cover their fees. Supposedly the loan modification was going to take anywhere from 4 to 8 months and we were told that we had to fall back in our mortgage payments so that they can contact our loan company to make the modification.since then my documents pass from a lawyer to another, each time that call and I ask which is the lawyer that represents me do not they give me answer, alone they are limited to take note and to tell me that they call me back and never they return me call.More than 6 weeks ago I call every week I asking for appoitment in Orlando with somebory tell me wats is goin on my case ,but the lady aswer the fhone told me they don't have lawer in Orlando available for apoitment.
