The company sent me different size and type of boots I ordered. They are not responding to my e-mails. They posted me the cheapest boots, but charged me for the expensive ones I wanted. I am not going to get into how I believed that I am buying original UGG boots, I am over that part. I am stuck with fakes, at least they could be the ones I wanted and the right size.
