hydra funds deposited $200.00 into my account with out my permission. moey i never seen anyway because of some pending transactions that took the $200. i was not aware of the deposite until one day i went under my mobile banking and saw that i was in the overdraft due to 29.00 fees here and there.....was threaten to be sumons for court for bad check fraud, all beacuse i had to put a dispute against the company and stop payment. i was contacted by a 3rd party about being taken to court if the matter wasnt solved. appearently they knew all my information about my job, my bosses names ect.....where i lived...ect... i dont know who these people are and why i got put in this sistuation, but it really is hurting me, finanically. please, is there anybody that can help me or relate to my sistuation?
