I called my bank to inquire about my account balance and noticed my account was $30.00 short. I spoke with an agent and she said that check number 9486 electronically presented and paid to Palm Loan Advances on 7/26/12. I was then given a number 866-789-3114 that was given to the bank. I called the number and spoke with a "manager" Sara Velez. She said that the only way the $30 could be returned would be through the interest in my loan. I angrily explained that I don't have a loan with her establishment and that I NEVER authorized anyone to take $30 from my account. She explained it was a loan processing fee. I explained there was no loan to process because I never asked for a loan to begin with. I told her I inquired about the COST of loans and when I determined they were MUCH too expensive, I aborted the process WITHOUT accepting a loan from anyone. The following is all of the information I have on the company:

Palm Loan Advances; c/o Sara Velez; 2780 North Jones Boulevard #3675; Las Vegas, NV 89146; 866-789-3114
