Friend forwarded me an email with the link to Access Home Income Institute. On the website, they said full refund guarentee for 60 days.

I tried cancelling it on 7/26 and the custormer service rep, James talked me out it, told me to give it a try even after I insisted that I will not be able to.

When I called back today, 7/28/12, to cancel with an acct #, a male representative said he couldn't find it. Then he couldn't find me by my name, ph #, address or email address search. Now suspecious, I asked him how can that be? Just couple of days ago James found me in your system just with my name. After some time he found my record and proceeded to tell me that he cannot give refund as it is past 30 days. I told him, on their home page it said 60 days before I signed up and when I spoke with James couple of days ago, James did not say that I am past due for refund. Today's rep said he cannot do anything and gave me an address, [email protected] to send proof of 60 days.

Then I searched for this business online and saw scambook link and read comments. Made me angry.

I called back and "Mary Ellyn" answered. She insisted that the computer system will not allow a refund because it's past 30 days. I told her of 60 days. She kept pressuring me to try posting the links and make supplemental income. I told her I am not interested and want refund. I got upset and told her that I'm going to report this business because it is a scam and lot of people have posted complaints against them online. she asked me to hold while she gets her superior on the phone. Within less than a minute she comes back and says she's applying a refund. She gave me confrimation # and said it will appear in 7-10 days.

I called my credit card company and told dispute dept the story and gave refund confirmation # and name of the person who processed it. They said they will keep an eye out for the refund and follow up if needed.
