Bank of American started 2.5 years ago saying that I am late with 3 payments on my home. They have been unable to tell me which 3 payments, even after my bank has faxed them copies of the payments they would stated they had not received. There is also ten payments from when CountryWide had my account which the payments were shown reversed on the payments sheets. I have copies of my BOA statements in 12-9 with no late charges and starting in 2011 they were saying I own them for the 3 payments. I have given up trying to talk with them. Also there was a $6,500.00 payments which was send to CW years ago and they have never given an accounting for this one payments. I have copies of letters from lawyers asking for an accounting for the $6,500.00 and have gotten nothing from them. The times that I have tired to call I have gotten cut off, moved from one person to another. And finally no, I am not behind. My personal bank would have given me a home loan, but BOA shows me being behind. Can you help.
