I just discovered 7-26-12 that Shaboom Media was on my one of my phone lines with T-Mobile and has been charging me 9.99 for almost a year now. T-Mobile said they can only go back and credit me for 3 mth but will not show up on my bill for 30days according to a supervisor, their rules. The funny thing is I never ordered Shaboom Media. I am out of now over $130!!
