This scam claims it can help you through a traumatic loss of Passport & replace it asap. Actually, they are merely a courier service and their so called representatives are a bunch of incometent and irresponsible retards.
Not only did they lose my entire package for replacing the passport along with originals, they blamed it on the courier. They recieved the package under the priority service 3-4 days delivery and after TWO weeks, no sign of the passport. I missed my flight and overseas trip, and ended up spending a whole day at the passport office doing what I should have done WITHOUT asking for these a*sHol*s to assist me.
I still dont have my originals and there was NO courrier service but I ws still charged the nearly $300 for their services - w=for WHAT?
I recommend do your own homework and deal directly with a passport office -- STAY away from these unreliable crooks. They have NO connections to embassies or the passport offices but merely schedule couriers from their offices somewhere in NEVADA - where they cannot be accountable legally for any reason.
