They are a NPC or vantiv merchant service on credit & debit. They hit my account for absurd amount of money in May 2012 that wasn't normal,i called them and they said i had been told about it three different people told me three different dates then they said they would pay me back some of it they did over a month in small increments but it caused me overdraft since they have access to my account from the beginning. Now I faxed them a letter saying there services where no longer needed Dated May 16 2012 they say they didn't get it i have a receipt they hit my account again in June causing more overdrafts now i resent another fax Wends July 26 2012 now this whole time i have told them on numerous occasions i didn't want there service which is recorded according to them. Now i have had to put a stop payment for another $30.00 and they say its up to me to prove everything. This exactly why small business is having problems with credit card merchant services.
