I ordered the hcg from an e-mail that I thought a friend sent to me. Obviously they got his name from my address book. About 2 hours later I cancelled the order on the Live-Chat (which was not live because they were off-line, but the said to leave a message which I did and did not receive an answer until after I receieved the product). Then they said they would have to take a 20% restocking fee and they would not send me a shipping label to return it.
I am in the process of dealing with this with my credit card company and hope to receive a credit from them.
Usually with any purchase or contract you have at least 3 days to change your mind. I did it in 2 hours and it was shipped anyway.
Also I had no idea that this product was made in China. When I receieved the return instructions they told me to ship it to China.
The return address on the shipping bag was Utah. What kind of fraud is this???????????
