i was looking for a loan and thought i'd try loan options, i filled out the online form and gave them my card details i wasn't made aware at anytime that the membership cost £57.74 and that they would be deducting this amount from my bank account. On the 2nd of July 2012 £57.74 came out of my bank account leaving me over drawn with no overdraft facillity therefore faceing bank charges to. If my bank hadn't of paid the company then i'd be facing a fraud charge, why am i the one who is made to feel that i'm the one who is in the wrong here? The amount came out whilst i was on my honeymoon.
I have no documentation from this company.
By the looks of things this isn't the first time that loan options have done this.
If you have experienced the same treatment my advise is to contact your bank and ask for a telephone number of the card suppliers dispute department for Visa card credit/debit in the U.K it's 0845 600 9180
