I ordered Lip-Slim and Natural Cleanse for myself and my brother on the 6th of July, 2012. They offered a money back guarantee and a 15 day free trail. Well I got my order on the 19th of July and my brother (who I ordered some for at the same time) got his on the 21st of July. Well after the 15 day money back guarantee would expire. They told me they would give me my money back and it is the 27th of July and I am still waiting. They have given me 3 different dates that they mailed the refund cheque and I seem to always talk to the same customer service rep on the phone. That is odd for a large company. Absolute SCAM. Don't order it.
