This man commited a fraud. He claims to sell a horse and says that he is only charging $800.00 for shipping. He makes a storyline where he is a hard-working man who's wife has blood cancer and wants to donate a Freisen Horse to a loving family. As the process goes on, he begins to ask for more money for "insurance." When you do not follow along, he hangs up on you, and yells at you. He sends e-mails as three personas. Mr. Jessy, Dr. Weilson, & Uship Compan.
