ok so i ordered a ps vita for $199.00. talked to the consumer numerous times. then noticed it was taking forever to get my order here. so i told him i wanted a refund cause i felt i was gonna be scammed. and he told me he couldnt cause he sent the item already. and it had a tracking number coming here. and when i got it. all it had inside was some playing card game. im in desperation to get my money back. and i tried to contact the authorities about it and they couldnt do anything. please i need to know how to get the money back
