This $30.00 charged showed up on my account. When I called to see what is was I was told I must not have read the fine print but I could cancel and receive a full refund in 22 business days. Well I phoned 2 other times and was told accounting would have to investigate because I should have received my refund. Here it is two months later and still no refund.
