I've had the same problem as everyone else here, I ordered the sample kit, received the full kit then they charged me £57 without my knowledge. It wasn't until i saw it come up on my bank statement that I realised this had happened. Right away i tried to contact them, there was only an email address, i sent several emails asking for this to be cancelled and where i could send it back to but have had no reply. Then i received another kit and was charged £44. I have called my bank to put a stop to them taking any more money out.
