Hello,

I submitted a tax returm with Tax Returns Australia (now operating as Online Tax Australia) back in 2009 and never received funds.

After numerous emails and phone calls received no response or monies. Contact VCAT back in 2009 but this went no where.

Contacted ATO and they advised that by tax check was banked by this organisation, but again I have never received the monies.

I have copies of the documents and emails if required.
