Saw their ad on craigslist and their website was very convincing. I chatted with their online help person, and they offered a deal if I bought three iPads. I offered to split the paypal cost so I can pay by paypal, and was guaranteed that after the first one, I would be guaranteed to use paypal.
I fell for it...wired them 852 for 3 ipads plus iphone, and then was asked for 223 more for customs. I asked for a title, bill of lading, and have received nothing. I tracked down the customs office, and turns out there isn't a customs office for electronics where they say the merchandise is. When I asked for a refund because I don't want to pay the customs fee, I was told it was not-refundable.
