I thought Solid Trust Pay was an upright company, however, lately, I am slowly thinking otherwise.

To fund my account, I decided to send a personal check to STP's designated collector, Global Collect BV. That was 7-5-12. According to STP's guidelines, it will take up to 14 days for the funding to get processed ... and I suppose get my STP account funded.

Well, it has reached the 20 day mark, and my $205 funding is still in "pending" mode. I checked with my bank and found that the check has already been cashed. I made an ecopy of the cancelled check if you need a copy, STP. Anyways, the check was cashed on 7-10-12.

So from the date the check was cashed to now is 15 days. And still my $205 funding amount is in pending mode.

Don't you think if STP says it will take up to 14 days that ... "it will take up to 14 days"??? If a company shows some professionalism, you would think that they would inform you of a certain delay, right?

Well, anyways, I opened a ticket, then I get an email saying to email [email protected] for Global Collect orders. I did, twice, and no response as of yet.

Have you tried calling STP at the 705-731-0908 phone number? It's joke! You call, then you get this busy signal. You call a few more times, and still a busy signal. Then if you're lucky, it will be ringing. But then you realize that it keeps on ringing and ringing and ringing. No one picks up the phone! Then all of a sudden someone or something at STP hangs up your call! Very uncool if you tell me! The only time you hear a human voice is at 5:30EST when STP closes shop ... a recorded voice message saying the STP is closed.

What a joke!

So, STP why no REAL responses regarding the delay of my personal check of $205, being cashed on 7-10-12, and still appearing as a pending amount? Server hosting issues?!? Hmmm ... I thought your server hosting issues have been resolved.

It's been 20 days and 10 more days it will be a month!

I'd like some resolution now!
