I ordered what was quoted as a 'FREE' sample for only $2.95 s&h, but received full size bottles which I did not like after I tried for about a week. Then my credit card was charged $97.88, so I called and was told I was past the 14 day return policy. Why should I have to return a 'FREE' sample? They offered to credit me $30.00. But I am still out the $67.88 plus the $2.95 for a product that dries out my skin!
