I, as well, fell for the same scam. We have been trying to close on our timeshare property since May 2012. We were told they had a buyer, and had difficulty with closing agents. We've had 3 closing dates that didn't happen. I have been in contact with Tony Erickson and Phil Cooper. Phil called me as recent as Saturday 7/20/12. Tony Erickson had a buyer Peter Nelson call me to answer questions about RCI points.My story is the similar as the earlier person's complaint. I also tried to call today to follow up, as their phones have been out before. Phone numbers are 1-888-257-8553, 1-302-365-4879 and 1-908-514-8098. This time, I sent him an email which was returned as undeliverable. So, I checked the websitea nd others found by Google search to find they are down as well. I had every intention of asking for my $625 back and to pull out of the deal. I took Phil at his word, and was really sold. Unfortunately, I didn't pull out of the deal, but I don't think I would have received my money back anyway. I just can't believe it.
