I received a phone call from this company. I was told I would win tickets after completing a survey on the phone. After doing so, I was on hold for a few minutes before a representative confirmed my number and then asked for my zip. I was told to go to their site, Surveycruise.com and to login with my phone number and zip. After several attempts, I was still unable to login, as it said the information was not in their system! I then went to "help desk" and tried to contact them and let them know that there was an error. After filling out the details, I submitted the info only to be presented with "server error" ! I repeated this several times with the same results.
