Our bank showed the charges for a recurring subscription that we did not agree to. (If this is the site we think it is) My husband did do a trial but cancelled it the same day he signed up on the website thru the online chat system. There was to have been no further charges. The contact info provided on my bank statement isn't enough to contact them & my bank won't take action without more info:
