I bought some LED light bulbs and waited almost 3 weeks before getting suspicious. I sent an email and they told me that the product was discontinued and they would refund my money. 2 weeks later still no refund. Emailed again and they apologized and said they were having trouble with they system and a refund would come soon. 2 more weeks went by and still no refund. Now they say that I will have to contact my credit card company to get the refund because their system won't process a refund. Huh? It's only $32 so I am not too freaked out but this web site is a total scam. AVOID AT ALL COST!
