My son has had an Xbox live account since 2010. I gladly pay my $9.99 every month. Well I have just discovered they have been charging my account twice, every month since Nov. 2010. They even admitted it was a fraudulant account and that the gamer tag even seemed to be computer generated by microsoft. They only refunded me $36.00. What a joke!
