They installed a water heater in April. We want to rent the apartment at 126 South Catalina. The City of Pasadena issued complaints about the installation that did not meet code. We have been in touch with the company. They have come twice and both times they have caused serious damage by drilling holes from our apartment to the neighbors instead of to the outside. In the meantime they have changed and cancelled appointments several times that has cause loss of income on our parts including but not limited to the impossibility of renting the unit. Our losses are now over $3000. We will be willing to negotiate before we go to small claims court. They have been unbelievably insulting to my wife and for that alone they should be liable for damages. After many weeks this is still unresolved.
