I received a report release form that I had won $125,000.00 per month. I was to send $3.25 payable to PDC and complete the release form, by signing it and sending it in. They guaranteed process in three business days of receipt of signed release.
Then there was an annual subscription of $39.00.
I have not sent money because I figured it was too good to be true. Why would anyone want to send this to me? I'm not sure what's in it for them because the $3.25 plus the $39.00 per year is not a large amount of money.
