On May 22,I returned my firearm to Chiappa Firearms for repair.A week later I contacted them,and was told it could not be rapaired and that I was slated to receive a new gun.So far nothing.I have sent several e-mails,and was told "I have no idea when it will come in".Most of the time they won't answer the phone,or reply to emails.I offered them a deal,send me a check to cover the cost,and I can go to a local dealer who has them in stock to buy one.This company has no regard for its customers. Sure hope you can help.
