The above amt. includes a 25% restocking fee charged 7-21. Initial charge 4-22-2012-$1693.88; 7 pc. dining set-all pieces, except table legs are defective; paint on chairs,rough incomplete finish, no leg glides. Refused delivery 2x, canceled 3rd delivery when Cust. Svc said would not cure defect in upholstery weave. ("hand-made-not perfect") acccording to Mgr. Tim Dougherty. I was not advised that furniture needed to be made and then delivered UNTIL I had paid for the set and then told 6 weeks delivery time. 14 weeks have passed and furniture is not the set displayed in showroom. Both showroom sets were removed between 7-12 and 7-19-my 2 visits to meet with Mr. Dougherty. Their warranty states, under "Delivery Day", "but in no case will the quality be less than the standard represented in our showroom and by the balance of your furniture." This is not the case.
